The staff and I would like to thank you for considering TLC for your child’s care and offer you a warm welcome to our centre.
 
We hope that our young learners find our nursery to be a safe, friendly, and fun place to come and enjoy and parents and carers are very much involved in their child’s nursery experience.
 
At TLC, we have an Open Door Policy, and should you wish to chat about any aspect of the nursery activities, your child’s progress or indeed any other aspect involving your child, the staff will be only too pleased to speak with you, either as you drop off or collect your child or, more formally, by appointment.
 
Please also feel free to telephone the office if you require any general information or ask that your query be directed to the appropriate member of staff.
